FEL1-FeasibilityStudy / Concept Study

In the FEL 1 phase, Eforo conducts comprehensive investigations and analyses to deliver optimized solutions, assisting clients in determining project feasibility. Leveraging our extensive experience and deep understanding of our clients’ project objectives, we provide tailored solutions for feasibility evaluation and validation.

We carry out configuration engineering aligned with the initial concept, compare and assess various alternative scenarios, and develop a master plan. This includes evaluating both technological and financial feasibility, as well as identifying potential risks to ensure the project's success

FEL 2 - Pre-FEED

In the FEL 2 phase, Eforo evaluates project feasibility and further develops the concept based on the client’s selected case from the FEL 1 analysis. This supports effective decision-making in the initial planning stage, such as estimating budgets and construction schedules.

We provide critical information to help clients identify and address potential risks, leveraging our project execution expertise to support informed decisions that maximize project success. Building on the selected project case from FEL 1, we refine the necessary technology, licensor packages, and processes. Additionally, we deliver a feasibility study for the basic execution plan to ensure smooth progression.

FEL 3 - FEED (Front-End Engineering Design)

In the FEL 3 phase, Eforo helps clients decide on project execution based on precise construction timelines, cost estimates, and quality benchmarks. We develop a detailed plan covering engineering, procurement, and construction processes.

Drawing on our extensive experience, we incorporate core technologies, innovative construction methods, and the main equipment and materials required for the project into the basic design. Our comprehensive plan also addresses all project needs, including utilities and offsite systems. Leveraging our years of expertise, we proactively identify and eliminate factors that could trigger changes, minimizing additional costs and efforts.

Financing
Eforo offers optimized financing solutions from the initial project development phase, leveraging our extensive experience with various financial institutions, including export credit agencies, global commercial banks, and multilateral development banks. To ensure the project's bankability, we arrange financing through close communication and discussions with these institutions.
